Low cost set of plans are available for several building projects. Houses, Units and Town houses with three or four bedrooms, single or double story. Carports and Garages. Rumpus rooms and Grany flats. These are plans we have drawn through the years for our clients. They are cost energy efficient and drawn to comply with the Building Code of Australia. All plans are in editable CAD formats so you or your building professional can make any required adjustments.

The cost varies from AU$500.00 AU$1500.00.

Please indicate what would you like to build ( House, Unit, Garage etc. ) and the North side of your land to receive the appropriate brochure.

After viewing and deciding on a plan, fill and post the order form attached to the brochure with your payment to JM Design & Drafting.

Payments can be made by a Bank check, money order or direct debit.

You will receive a CD containing your chosen plans together with a printed copy within two weeks.
