1. Sight Analysis Building / Renovating can be a challenging task without careful planning. Ideally anyone thinking of building should take the time to study the area and special characteristics. A sight analysis should be contacted end relevant plans drawn. These plans will cover the following matters: Contours and geotechnical conditions. Buildings (including any that could be retained). Existing vegetation. Views to and from the site. |
